Since beginning photography through travel in 2017, I have gradually come to see photography not only as a way of recording places, but as a way of looking.

I am interested in people and the fleeting moments of everyday life, moments that can hold a story, evoke a memory, or leave a lasting impression. For me, photography begins with observation, and observation begins with affection. To look closely is to care enough to notice what others might pass by.

I photograph in search of those moments, hoping to preserve not only what happened, but something of how it felt.
